Loker Semarang Head of HR / HR Director – Manufacturing

Role Overview:

Ensure highest standards in people management; closely collaborate with corporate HR team on implementing people and organizational development strategies.

Transformation, Organizational Development, and Change Management:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address transformation needs and change management projects.
  • Develop and execute strategies for organizational development focusing on culture transformation, enhancing employee engagement, and effective workforce planning.

HR Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Work with senior leaders to develop and implement a robust HR strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Strengthen HR initiatives supporting organizational growth, succession planning, talent management, leadership pipeline development, retention, and culture enhancement.

Implementation of Core People Initiatives:

Partner on projects/initiatives such as employee voice strategy, diversity & inclusion (D&I) targets, performance and reward frameworks, and succession planning across business units and divisions.

Collaboration and Communication:

Partner with factory HR teams and business partners to ensure consistent communication and implementation of People programs and initiatives across Indonesian factories.

Data Analysis and Insights:

Analyze data, provide insights on competitive landscape, and propose interventions to drive management decisions and facilitate change for people priorities.

Culture Transformation and Employee Satisfaction:

Support the creation of a culture aligned with corporate values, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, continuous improvement, open communication, and employee satisfaction.

Education & Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR generalist leadership roles within multinational organizations.
  • Extensive experience in talent planning and management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is essential.
